This project spoke truth and light into the journey of Muse Noire. Not just with the notoriety of our clients but the sheer reassurance of attracting clientele who share in our lived experience of being unapologetically you.

I would be lying if I told you the primary bedroom design concept came easily to me because it most certainly did not. Most of the time I have an idea around the textures, patterns and colors but once this couple said requested color in their bedroom... I hit a wall lol With a pitched ceiling there was no way the color they desired would come in the form of paint on the walls
So you will notice that their waking point of view is the bump out we built to encase their dressers and photo ledge. This gave way to the opportunity to control the amount of color without having to take it to the ceiling. Also understanding the work they both do, in additional to their new roles as parents I knew from first hand experience how quickly their world would become overrun with color and noise when you have young children and equally how important the primary suite would ultimately become to their rest and rise.
The Headboard side of the room is laced with neutrals and ambient lighting to get lost in for a quick departure from the day
In addition to the primary suite and dressing room we also had the honor of working on their sons nursery which has become a fast favorite. The idea was to build a strong foundation for him to grow into. With intention to the heritage wall paper at his initial eye level to making our way all the way up to a more tailored visual experience and young art gallery, we took our time making space for the young king.
Not pictured (for privacy) but worth the recognition is a namesake night light we had custom made and a framed letter from the White House and Megan Markle welcoming the the life of a legend in the making.
